I am a ground meat lover. I love burgers, meatloaves and more. I really do rotate between ground beef and ground chicken when I make as my child wants the poultry on the beef.
While I enjoy to make, I also like to prepare dinner in less than one hour, eat then have the remaining morning to accomplish the items I wish to do.
I would like to share three ground beef recipes along with you, all that my family loves.
I remember having meatloaf being a child. It was one of my least favorite foods. Then of a year ago, my dad was within the hospital as well as the cafeteria offered a turkey meatloaf. It was excellent. I knew I wanted to try to get this at home. What I wound up with was a Parmesan meatloaf that we loved. I really do use ground turkey to make this, so it does come out very comfortable. This is actually the ingredient list:
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
Setaside 1/4 cup sauce and 1/4 cup cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together and type into loaf. Place into loaf pan and cover with remaining sauce and cheese. Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

I make this in only 10 minutes, then make it for the 45 minutes. This meal is ready in under one time.
We make our own fast and simple sloppy joes. My kids like ground beef mixed with barbecue sauce and supported on the move. I crumble the meat into a pot and slow cook the beef. After draining the meat I include the barbecue sauce and simmer for five minutes. After I make this for myself, I chop-up some onion and garlic and saute that right in. We toast the buttocks, provide having a salad which is just a very fast and simple meal.
I happen to love Mexican food. We make a taco casserole that is really fast to organize and very tasty. Here is a list of the components needed:
1 pound ground meat
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 cup Colby cheese, shredded
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
1 cup prepared salsa
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoon chili powder
1 tomato, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 avocado, sliced
Brown and drain ground meat. Include the mayonnaise, salsa, and chili powder. Mix well. Pour half the meat into a casserole dish. Place one cup of the chips on top and half the two cheeses. Repeat these layers and prepare for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into parts. Once on platter, add lettuce, tomato, olives and avocado at the top.
We purchase the multi-packs of ground turkey at Costco. I’m a happy camper to get at least a few meals weekly with ground beef/turkey.
